Changed your mind or not happy with your purchase? Feel free to return your item/s for store credit.

To be eligible for return, your purchase must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date
  • Jewellery must be unworn and in new condition
  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged in original packaging
  • Returns will be processed within 72 hours of being received
  • No exchanges - only return for store credit
  • Items will be credited minus shipping costs
  • No refunds for change of mind - only return for store credit
  • Refunds will only be provided for goods deemed faulty on arrival
  • No returns on pierced earrings due to health and safety regulations (sorry!)

We advise returning your jewels in protective packaging in a tracked parcel, EJ will not be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.


RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Email hello@eschatijewellery.com.au or submit an enquiry via the Contact Form with your name, order number and details of the item/s you would like to return.
  2. Upon receipt of your return parcel the items will be inspected and cross checked with your order to ensure your purchase meets the returns policy criteria.
  3. If your return meets the returns policy criteria, a credit note for the purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be issued to the email address listed in your order.
  4. Used, damaged or worn items will not be accepted as a return, and the customer will be responsible for return postage of those items.


PLEASE NOTE: Credit notes do not have an expiry date!
