How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, during busy sale and peak periods this may be extended to 48 hours. Please reach out via email to hello@eschatijewellery.com.au if you have any questions regarding order processing times.

How long does delivery take?

Can I track my order?

Can I amend my order once it has been processed?
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, changes can not be made to the contents of the order or the delivery address. Please check your order and delivery address are correct before completing your purchase

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do now?
Delays may be experienced with various postal services that are out of EJ's control, if your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery date, please reach out via email to hello@eschatijewellery.com.au.

RETURNS 

I'm not happy with my order, can I return it?
Of course! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a store credit. All items must be returned to Eschati Jewellery unused and in original packaging. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, only return for store credit.

For health and safety reasons there is no return on pierced earrings.

How long until I receive my credit note after returning an item?
Returns will be processed within 72 hours of being received. Please keep the tracking number from your return parcel, it may be required if your parcel hasn't been arrived back to Eschati Jewellery within the expected timeframe.

Can I return an item purchased on sale or during a promotion?
Unfortunately no returns or refunds are permitted on sale items or items purchased during store promotions at a discounted price. 

My item is faulty or damaged, what should I do?
All of our jewellery and candles are inspected before dispatch, but if your item is faulty or damaged when it arrives, please:

  1. Email hello@eschatijewellery.com.au with your order number, photo and description of the fault or damage
  2. Return the faulty item to PO Box 5098, Manly Queensland 4179 (please return in a tracked parcel, Eschati Jewellery will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels)
  3. You will receive a confirmation email when your faulty item has been received by Eschati Jewellery
  4. If the item is deemed faulty, you are welcome to a refund, replacement or store credit.

Can I purchase an item at sale price once a sale is over?
No sorry! Sale prices and discounts are valid only within the sale or promotion period. Unfortunately we can not offer you the sale price if you have purchased outside of the sale or promotion period.

I'm unsure of my ring size, can you help?
Of course! Please refer to the Ring Size Guide for ring sizes and measurements.

Do you offer wholesale?
At this time, we do not offer wholesale. Our products can only be purchased from this website.
